About this course
A full ACCA Taxation – Ireland (TX-IRL) mock exam in the format and at the standard of the real computer-based exam, written for the June 2026, December 2026 and June 2027 sittings and based on Finance Act 2024 and the tax year 2025. The paper lasts three hours and carries 100 marks, with every question compulsory. Section A contains 15 multiple choice questions worth 2 marks each, set up as an interactive quiz. Section B contains six constructed response questions: four worth 10 marks each, on capital gains tax, VAT, employment income and corporation tax, and two worth 15 marks each, on income tax and corporation tax. When you have finished, you will find an explanation for every Section A answer, and a model solution and marking scheme with examiner's notes for each Section B question so you can mark your own script. Written by a Big Four senior audit manager and ACCA lecturer (FCCA, ACA, CIA).
